While speaking to Dwayne on the phone, he because louder and louder then finally yells at me saying "You know what, you're just going to get the F*** hung up on." and he hangs up the phone. He tells me in the conversation that I am a rude B****. Honestly, I was not rude but what I did do, was to question the lies he was telling me. There are several. As he responds to each of these Google Reviews, I will continue to address each one. We have had the truck nearly two months now and he offered to take the truck back saying he has eight people who want the truck. The truck sat there for a long time due to road construction so the price went down a few thousand dollars. Where were those Eight people? We were in town for 2 days looking for a truck and purchased it. It has a few problems, but it is a used truck and we are willing to fix them. We like the truck, if we didn't we would not have purchase the vehicle.
We went to buy rite motors after my fiances parents bought a car from there and my fiance went and they were the nice knowledgeable and will work with you if theres anything you need ask Duane or jeff they are great guys we got a new truck.for a great price and there was a couple of issues we had and they took care of it i Recommend BUY RITE to any one you will leave Satisfied you got a good deal

As for Dwayne, if there were a NEGATIVE STAR RATING, you would get the 2nd to the lowest score possible and that is only because you told us the truth that if we took a loan out with you, we would pay an unbearable interest rate because i'ts business. We went to a different business to take the loan out on the truck with a very low interest rate.
We purchased a truck from Dwayne in August and have not been able to get our plates. We have been pulled over twice. Dwayne feels that we can just put another paper tag on the truck and it will be fine. This will only last for so long. We live in Dallas, Texas. We have not had any luck with phone calls so we drove 280 miles to Sealy, Texas so that we can try and get the plates. The reason we do not have them is because of the floods is what Dwayne keeps telling us. We were supposed to get them in the mail this week. We called Dwayne again and he still hasn't gotten them. Guess why? Yes, the floods.
We needed a vehicle asap and they were very helpful and determined to put us in a vehicle. I would recommend buy rite motors to anyone looking for a good vehicle
Just went to buy rite after the flood , worried about finding a good non flood car. Soon as I got there the pressure was lifted off. Got an 04 BMW EXTRA CLEAN RIDE !! Shame on you Dwayne for using the crutch of the innocent victims. You have a problem and it is more than a dishonest salesman. You need to CLEAN your life up and just do right by the citizens of Sealy, Texas and the hard working people who purchase vehicles from you. Some times we choose to put up with a Sad Salesman for the sake of doing business. I did not think this terribly of you until you true colors came out after you had your money. I could tell you were a bit dishonest but trashy mouth to honest people, that was learned today.
It's interesting how he tries to justify the Google Reviews that are on here with any and every excuse including the flood that came through. The truth is, the floods were devastating. We lost a family member. Many families lost nearly all or some of their possessions. People are still picking their heads and hearts up and moving forward.
I will keep you in prayer because I will not hold grudges. You should lay those extra things you are doing down and get clean and honest. You could be a very successful man. God does not reward wrong.
