This company always does what they say they will. They call before they show up and their techs are knowledgeable and take time to explain what they do. We have a great relationship and plan to continue working with them in the future.

The BVS plumbers came to flush the water heater. According to them, no water came out when they opened the drain. They explained that there must be a serious build-up of sediment and tried to sell me a tankless system for thousands of dollars, because the newer tanks would not fit in the space where this one is. I paid the $39 for a sales pitch, and nothing done on my water heater. A couple of weeks later, I tried flushing the water heater myself. It turns out the drain was not clogged at all; it was just a crummy, plastic drain valve that doesn't work very well. When I finally got all the water out, I found only a few nodules of sediment inside; the water ran clear. I replaced the valve myself, no thanks to BVS. At least they didn't leave a mess, so 2 stars.

Had a new A/C condenser unit installed a few years ago. Initially I was impressed with the customer service and the person touch of the owner communication. Over the years, every time the technician comes for service they tell me I need $500 to $1000 in upgrades. Here we are at another year the unit is under warranty, the unit is over heating and it us hot. Technician tells me not only do I have to stay hot until the part comes in but it's going to cost me $600. Once again the unit is under warranty. Even after paying the monthly maintenance cost, I still have to pay $99 diagnostic fee. They will nickle and dime you into not wanting to do business with them. Done with Brazos Valley!!!

My wife and I are always pleased to have Mazdak come by and check our units. He is efficient, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and always keeps our best interest at heart. He is a fine person and a real credit to BVS.
