I've had quality medical care, and this isn't it!
Dr. Krishna is absolutely amazing. He is the ONLY doctor who has listened to me and been so incredibly thorough. He is remarkable and my whole family sees him. We love Dr. Krishna and will continue to go to him for a very long time:)
I will NEVER AGAIN trust my health to anyone at this practice. If they can mishandle paperwork that they've charged you $25 per document to fill out (in my case medical leave of absence) and then inconvenience you as much as possible by having you come in over and over to "go over it" instead of simply reading and following instructions...then WHY?
Also, your arm should not be laying in your lap when having your blood pressure taken. It should be as level with your heart as possible.
Terribly unorganized, files, and terrible customer service. Terrible wait times, takes up your entire day. 99% of the time you won't see Dr. Krishna. And worst of all, getting my medication re-filled is like pulling teeth. These people are liars and won't return your calls for days if you're lucky. Also prescribed my son amoxicillin when he is allergic and has been going here for all 15 years of his life. I can't stress TERRIBLE enough!!
REALLY ZERO STARS-
Their record keeping is so archaic (notes written in a spiral notebook in this day & age?) so that if you have follow up appts. you have to tell your story over & over (also the same person won't see you twice!).
Sitting in a room for over an hour. No doctor in sight. Room is filthy.
